Welcome to Caawiye App – a question-and-answer platform that connects learners, educators, and community members. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services (“Caawiye App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Caawiye app.

1. Who Can Use Caawiye

You may use Caawiye App only if:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws
• You are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable law

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

2. Your Content

You are responsible for the content you submit, including:

• Questions and Answers
• Comments and Replies
• Group Posts and Discussions
• Messages sent to other users
• Notes, Tasks, and Files uploaded

By submitting content, you grant Caawiye App a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it within the platform.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

You agree not to post or share any content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Is harmful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Includes spam, scams, or misleading information
• Infringes on copyright or intellectual property
• Contains sexually explicit or adult material

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our policies without prior notice.

4. User Conduct

While using Caawiye App, you agree to:

• Treat others with respect
• Use the platform for educational and productive purposes
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or security

5. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time in your profile settings.
We may also suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Repeatedly violate our rules
• Submit illegal or harmful content
• Try to harm the platform or its users

Deleted accounts may result in loss of access to your data and content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Caawiye (excluding user submissions), including the logo, design, code, and platform features, is owned by Caawiye App and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Caawiye is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

• That the platform will always work without errors
• That your content will always be saved or accessible
• That answers or content are always accurate or complete

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caawiye is not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Use of or inability to use our platform
• Loss of data or content
• Unauthorized access to your account

8. Privacy

Your use of Caawiye App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services like:

• Firebase (for authentication and real-time database)
• WordPress (for content management)

By using Caawiye App, you agree to their terms as well.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or website.
